The oil and gas industry is earning record levels of profits. The federal government appears set to increase the amount of financial assistance that it's willing to give to oil and gas companies, says John Defterios. "If they're not making these climate investments while they're making record level profits, then when would it be a good time for them to make those investments? You know, when when profits are down, they can't afford it"
