You want your body to be in a position that supports what you're doing, right? So if you're taking deep breaths and trying to really open up and focus on relaxation, it's not going to be the most advantageous to sort of be crumpled up into a little ball. You know, i certainly have people that i work with in therapy who have limited mobility, people who maybe bedbound, and they don't really have a choice about their body posture. For me, i tend to sit cross legged. But just don't be picky about it. It's not a thing that you need to raise a big stink.
