The former president should be very concerned because Mike Pence is the last piece in the puzzle. All of the conversations between the president and vice president who were in office at that time are going to be fair game for the prosecutor. He wasn't taking the Fifth Amendment because he doesn't have any criminal exposure. So, you know, Pence was in a position to tell the truth and he really had no alternative.
