Verity: octavia had to say students, in the sense of coming prepared to actually become a writer. A she could barely put a sentence together. He was truly an awful writer. Am she came to me some time during my week and said, do you think i could ever be a writer? And i thought about harland and all the terrible things he said to people, sometimes the good advantage. I mean, you cant be dissuaded.
