How Do You Tell the Story Accept the Story but Not Be Defined by It?
I imagine there must be something quite empowering in finally putting the words to the story and telling it. How how would you advise based on the experience you've got with everyone's invited of being able to own the story accept the story but not be defined by it? I think that is so groundbreaking and transformative for so many young people in allowing them that sense of relief, catharsis and also the possibility of healing and moving on. So yeah sorry I forgot that I forgot the whole question really It's that thing of sometimes when people are validated they then kind of get stuck in that.
