Oiss: Landlordism is like a hot thing. It's something that people who make a lot of money, who maybe have tech jobs and have some money to invest. Oiss: The average one bedroom rental in the united states surpassed two thousand dollars a month last year. And i was wondering if that sort of talk trickled down throughout the mister landlord convention. Because despite the fact that this guy has really interesting web presents, they don't strike me as people who are suber on line with each other.
