Rentsh: Fannie and Freddie can't fund jumbos. They have a loan limit that's right, 540,000. So it's the same sources of money that we've always had. But now there's more options for us to get this finance. It is going to still be a slightly higher rate than what they would have got if Freddie and Freddie were still in the game. The investors that we're going out to, they still, they don't. Even though they see the data, they're still getting their feet wet. Don't follow up these people for an extra quarter of a percent who gives a **** with inflation.
