In many ways, start ups have to be malleable, extremely malliable. They can't be saying, oh, you know what, i'm not going to sell insurance because that's not my thing. If there's an opportunity to make money, and if believe that this could actually boast my company's potential en on front of investors elsewhere, et cetera, then they do it. So in many ways, we want people who probably do do this job better than us. It's a we one. We want somebody wh who'll come in and say, ofi can improve things.
