There's this successful block party app, which is mostly used to block sexual predators and harassers. And I think you can subscribe to that without revealing your subscribing to that. My instinct is that it should not be public in general. But there's actually several girl operation spinning up now to actually do shared block lists as a service. So the in blue sky, block lists are public and are going to remain.
