We have to locate our emotions first. Emotions are just embodied experience. They're not bad and they are not good. But essentially we want to use a feeling statement. And I feel confused, sad, angry, whatever it might be. Then we get into the thinking statement. So it gets into and I'm thinking, here's what's going on in my mind. And then we're going to get into the request statement. This can be again, depending on the issue, there may be a specific request and I need some clarity.
