Ukraine Could Possibly Become an Oligarchic One Again
In Ukraine for a lot longer, we actually had much more oligarchic rule. And frankly, some people say it's still there today. It's hard to tell actually in the middle of wartime because in some ways states automatically expand and become hyper-powerful in wartime. But nonetheless, I think it's fairly clear that Ukraine could potentially, and I hope not, once again become an oligarchic one.
