Is There Acumanism in Our Church?

Some deacons have tried to push the code to say there's no explicit allowance for marrital relations. The practice is is that they are not asked to do that. A cumunism, like many things in sociology and psychology, in farming, in the hard sciences, has an approximated definition based off of what can we do with someone else and still be good catholics? When you're in a concentration camp, is it as important about whether or not the individual a that's asking to receive communion a is asking under all the conditions of canon law?
