Is There a Strategy for AI?
There's a debate that is focused on innovation and competition with China. Here we do have some conversations happening at the Federal Trade Commission around regulating AI, but they're certainly not seen as a strategy. And of course, the US at least says that it is famous for not having strategy around technology and innovation. But the absence of a strategy is still a strategy because there's a sort of assumed sequencing in which you say, yes, let's push this and regulation will sort that out later once we know what's happening.
