If you have a variable rate mortgage right now, for the most part, you're probably hovering around two and a half %. And sure are there going to be further increases. But what is that in terms of your monthly payment? Is that really going to be the deciding factor? Oh, it is crazy, you know. It's unfair y first time buyer out there who's doing everything they can to find themselves a home. They'll be fine,. so they get freaked out by this stuff too. By this stuff scares me too. We live in the world of hyperbole. So how about just shut up with the headlines, because they don't help anybody.
