The Liberals and the Liberals on the Arctic
There's been less of an emphasis from the Trudeau government, at least in terms of gestures. There was a real emphasis in some ways from the Harper government. The liberals did develop their own strategy for Arctic Northern policy framework. But that leaves a real vacuum when we're dealing with something like Russia invading Ukraine.
