I think looking at generational patterns is fascinating I have my mum come on the podcast as a guest because we were like let's let's see what happens and she's had a difficult time mental health wise as her mum did. When I confronted my mum in a very unaggressive way with the help of you know psycho analyst guiding me about how I should go about this, every vestige of blame or you know stuff that I built up in my head literally just evaporated. The power dynamic in our relationship changed completely so it was extraordinary. If something's not working in your brain or emotionally don't get help that's miraculous do you still have regular therapy today?
