The washers say the town has ignored their complaints and play favorites. They point out that the front porch, with seating for 60 people inside, is not required to have off-street parking. Yet in a building behind ICS Financial, one of the washers' tenants runs a small pizza and sandwich shop,. The couple suggest race might be a factor in the town's demands because one of the two ciles owners is black.
