Cesar: I want to come back to the small jab that you made at Dora Metrics in this three benchmarks. Walk me through starting from the engineering intelligence team, getting the data until the problem being identified and everything that happens all the way till it's actually being acted upon and the impact measured. Cesar: We were asked if our cross team collaboration was, let's say, slower than same team collaboration in GitHub interactions. It starts by a question. It's a conversation. You start by posting questions by stakeholders and you come up with some insights and answers which leads to a better outcome.
