The Solution Is the Problem

We rely a lot on the silent treatment to be an indicator that we're upset, our body language, how we walk into the room. So often we speak specifically to the issue and never to the solution. In relationships, we continuously have the same boundary violations because there has been no solution. It's like taking a t v apart and then telling me, now put it back together. I don't even know where to start. You have to walk me through this. Like, if you see the problem, please tell me what you might be thinking could be a solution forBecause i don't know. It wasn't my problem.
