The Supreme Court Strikes Down the 10 Commandments on the Texas Capitol Grounds

The Supreme Court upholds the 10 commandments on the Texas Capitol grounds and they strike down the 10 commandments in the McCreary case. But you have now Scalia getting very spicy in his dissent. He opens it with his story of where he was on September 11th, which sort of tells you how spicy this thing starts. How can the court possibly assert that the First Amendment mandates government neutrality between religion and non-religion? Who says so? Surely not the words of the Constitution.
