Is There a Sustainable Level of Public Debt?

A country like India was actually doing a lot of the same things the United States was of telling people they didn't have to pay their rent. That's right. The banks end up having to eat it. And so, I think it's a really safe bet that if the world goes even into a mild recession, but interest rates stay high, there'll be some prominent examples.
