The Benefits of Event Modeling

The goal is to refine your work so you're focusing on the most important things and shedding a lot of things that might otherwise just be unnecessary or not as helpful. We don't have stand-ups because we know one event model who's done what and we we do that on a push-pull basis when there's a comment on the mirror board that someone's you know hit a blocker that blocker is immediately taken care of by anyone else that's looking at the event model. It's faster than stand-ups right those feedback loops we kind of squeeze them so tight that they disappearedbecause we're instead of getting feedback between people and communicating we're collaborating and collaboration is real time.
