I recorded all of the CPD I delivered over five years in small 15 to 20 minute segments because obviously with the tasks that people did they're not 45 minutes on our long so now they've still got that stuff despite me and moving on. They can literally drip feed those short bits of them CPD to their new teachers. It's more helpful to focus on what your priorities are and how best to build those relationships, he says. He thinks an incoming leader speaking to the outcome person could be revealing as well as damaging.
