God Might Allow a Medium to Contact a Damned Soul

The case of indor contacting the deceased prophet samuel shows that god allows this to take place in at least some circumstances. In summa theologia, saint thomas aquinas held that it's possible for god to allow even the damned to appear to the living. God could certainly allow a medium to contact a damned soul for those purposes. And since god allows demonic spirits to interact with mediums to deceive humans, i can't rule out the possibility he might allow the souls of the damned to just do the same thing.
