President George w. Bush signed the respect for america's fallen hero's act, which added all s of restrictions to protests at federal cemeteries. The next several years of legal sea sawing would lead to major questions about free speech and legal battles over the limits of the first amendment. Both bill o'reiley and anne colter agreed that free speech did not cover the picketing of soldiers funerals. I let them explain.
