Lon Shakra founded his own advisory firm, Shakra, in 2019. He focused on helping manufacturing companies create a new way of thinking about digital and digital transformation. Chakra worked with one of the largest European OEMs to help them move from selling equipment today to selling equipment as a service tomorrow. The company also helped Bosch set up its North Star program for people who want to become consumable parts.
