The Markets Are a Big Variable
If the markets are flat or go down, it makes it tougher to get that 7 trillion just by flows. That said, there's a big lump of money over in the active mutual fund side. A lot of that will just sort of convert over, which technically doesn't count as flows but I think that's what could get us there if the markets don't help.
