Is There a Global Catastrophic Risk of Terrorism?
A global catastrophic risk of a human will and destructiveness. Someone actually decides, either intended or unintended, to pursue a set of actions that result in the consequence of o game over. It's quite possible now to imagine a terrorists getting their hands on some kind of technology which could destroy modern civilization beyond its ever being repaired. The chance of a nuclear war happening, probably by accident or misjudgment, is still significantly higher than we ould really want it to be.
