Mining AR Tokens - Is the 2.6 a Good Idea?
We've tokens are used as an incentive in the Bitcoin protocol to buy storage. Over time those tokens pile up in the endowment and when the cost of storage declines you actually just bank more capital for rainy days. We're shooting for a hard fork in about mid-January where miners will be able to run on normal hard drives like spinning disc hard drives that you might have inside your laptop or desktop. That's really exciting because it means you can now compete with the other miners in the system without having an ASIC even just with the hardware that's on your normal device.
