Ithik: I think one of the reasons why it's important to have a post mortem on everything when everything is over. What works in cities, even the difference between san francisco, l a and san diego is not completely universal. If i could go back and snap my fingers, i would have taken a stronger view towards some of these local changes where i felt like there was a policy decision about opening up.
