Are You Connecting as Much as You Should?
Coaches can help people improve their performance, but it's more important that they are actively engaged. When you frame the sessionas you know, i'm going to present you with a problem,. People are going to voluntarily give you information as to the ways in which they're trying to solve it. But good or bad, and that's where the coaching themselves come from - is to say, here's something here'. Here's a way of solving this problem. Let's explore it together. That is such a different experience people a far more, in my opinion, an more enjoyable experience.
