Tik li: When i first got into learning about wholesaling, the wholesaling is about driving around the neighborhood looking at houses that a opportunity to get flipped and all that. After spending an entire afternoon knocking on doors, passing out in a direct mail like, i realized that it would be much more efficient if we basically batch these these activities together. Tik li: So instead of writing each home owner individually, like what i did, i wrote a more generic version, just like helloswant let you know thatby house,. And then photo copied it so it still looked handwritten, and then put it, you know, basically like mailed it, put it on their house.
