i imt a fan of boards in day day theor y should do three things. They m, they approve strategic plans and very big decisions. M, they hire and fire the ceo, and then they operate as a consultative group that helps with the ceo. Dand those are really the three things that i try to limit boards to do. So am, when you look at those things, do you really have c p eyes? Not so much. Am, hope you have cos that think you're doing a great job,. And feel like you're making their day better by helping them succeed.
