The Locust Swarm in the 18 Seventies and Eighties

All of ther crops were taken. They had no way of making any money. And so they asked the state for money, cause all the crops had been eaten by locusts. But the state couldn't give them enough, because basically everyone was affected. The federal government did step in and kind of gave aid packages and food packages to everyone. That was the start of what is now the typical one to a disasters in America.
