It's not just that you deliver on the doorstep and you walk away. If you bring in the customer in the loop, then they begin to see the benefit of their own supply chain enabling better results for them. And so keeping track of that, monitoring that, building those relationships, not just with your suppliers, but the retailers and eventually the end customers is where it starts.
