National Parks

Argentina had a very explicit policy of using the park that he had created there to promote colonization. They wanted to make sure the people who settled there were actually Argentines. On the Brazilian side, they didn't need to create a settlement inside the territory of the Brazilian national park because they already had a town nearby. And while this dispute is being disputed in courts, you have settlers coming from other ports of Brazil. These are the white Brazilian settlers of German and Italian descent that I talked before.
