Is Machine Data the Central Entity of Any Monitoring Product?

We've got to make the enduse the central entity of any monitoring productu it's just machine data. Human beings have never, ever, ever written a piece of software that ultimately wasn't developed to serve a human being. We're not enabling our software teams to communicate clearly across the rest of the business. They can't articulate the value of certain things. And so part of that hole is how do we start making it less about machine data and more about the customers coupled with the machine data? Because realy, that's all you need the machine data forright?
