Stream of Consciousness Journaling - Is That Really Important?
Francie: One of my practice is a stream of consciousness journaling, because just what you're saying said, sometimes I think it's stuck in in my mind. Sid: When you were talking about speaking to your body and how that changed, I was thinking like that's kind of like parts work where your own body, sometimes our own bodies are these exiled parts that we don't tend to. Rosie: For different reasons, we can all get like lost from our bodies. And so when you put language around it through journaling, or even just therapy, you know, when you're talking or a trusted partner tapping to be incredibly helpful.
