Octant is a platform for experiments in decentralized governance and regenerative funding. It was developed by the Gollum Foundation to test a few hypotheses around community engagement, participatory funding and user-centric governance. Ballydow is an open global collective working to finance and democratize the governance of synthetic biology technologies. They're here to try and make the solar punk world of tomorrow a reality today.
