Do You Think Congress Really Understands the Mechanics of Money Creation?

I don't think there are very many people in Congress. I probably couldn't even come up with a name to give you for somebody who understands the monetary system and the mechanics that we've just been talking about. It's just, I feel like you've been read Pills by Kelton. And it's frustrating to read. The deficit thing was it didn't make any sense.
