The Juvenile Courts in Ohio Are Taking on the Foster Care Agency Role
In Ohio, 27 courts have signed on counties to become part of the executive branch. They're contracting to take on the foster care placing agency role. The court puts on its court hat adjudicates a child delinquent and then that would allow it to put on its contractual foster care place order. And if it rules on itself favorably, it can generate more revenue through the children.
