Crowd Funding

Crowd funding is a one line item. Ther different forms of how that one line item on the cap table takes form. The mess cap table question is probably the number one concern, and also an often misconception by founders and their lawyers who are not familiar with regulation. And atk why colny retail i ting or equity crowd funding is not for everyone. Jason: How has the s c c changed in their approach to this? Are they moving? Were they moving slow, like my perception was, and now moving? I would say not slow, but maybe not fast, cause they have a lot of they have to worry about side, obviously, and scams.
