Shideo Charge is a place where IDEO Chicago introverts come to recharge their batteries. "I wanted other people to see, again, you're not the only one that feels that way," she says. The group's first meeting was held as a silent brainstorm with no prompts or questions. It was so quiet that Annette took a decimal reading of the sound level in the room and said it was the quietest brainstorm ever.
