Is Climate Science Fundamentally Different Than Other Science?

Climate science is not fundamentally different than other science, he says. Some of it you can address exactly like ball rolling downhill and some of it, you have to use more sophisticated techniques for. In nonlinear systems there's always a spread in all models to the possibility of more extreme numbers. And therefore, if you take the mean value, which is different from the most likely value, means that climate could be 3 or 4 degrees warmer by 2100.
