How to Manage Dysphoria in Discipleship

Even lamenting something like gender dysphoria that can be so complex and excruciating and debilitating and confusing. It's just, we can lament that people even have to experience something like this. I learned in early recovery that isolation kills. And that's what I used to do is I just used to remove myself and isolate myself. That's where the enemy can come in and just kick us around when we're alone and tell us lies.
