The US Is the Number One Super Power

The united states is preparing for two kinds of war. The first is the war, kind of war that they've been ting over the past 30 years. And the other is a super power conflict with china or Russia. Tom says he doesn't think it's very plausible to see vast tank armies clashing in China.
