Social Media Platforms - Should They Be Protected or Held Accountable?
The Supreme Court will hear a case challenging the legal shield for social media platforms in section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. The question is whether some of the world's most powerful companies should be protected as neutral forms for speech or held accountable for their content.
