Do You Believe That the Koron a Has Been Perfectly Preserved?

Do you believe the traditional islamic narrative that the coron has been perfect preserved, letter for letter, word for word from the very beginning? What i have been concentrated in islam is about how islam can guide us out of this jungle we are living aside.
