Cape Town Is a City of Glitter and Ghetto

Cape Town is the most racially divided city in South Africa. It features in the top 10 cities to go visit, but also has high homicide rates. The majority live in some of the worst examples of human poverty. And so we're saying that gangs are a collective trauma to historic and structural injustice.
