In the early days you had a lot more highly educated, a sort of college students or graduates, middle class white people doing this. Bcause this all happened with the financial crash, e thousand eight, they couldn't find jobs,. The customers and the providers were in the same class. And then overtime, as the companies start reducing what they're paying and making the conditions more onerous it gets replaced by an immigrant work force that undermines the personal dimension of it. That also undermines the insidious nature of class and racial relations in this country, and domination.
